School building

In 2003 The Middle College at North Carolina A&T opened as the state’s first all-male public high school. Now known as The A&T Four Middle College, we are a collaboration between Guilford County Schools and North Carolina A&T State University. Our small, nurturing learning environment and 21st-century instruction give young men the confidence and skills to succeed. Students are encouraged to take university courses while in high school and can earn transferable college credit. Academics—paired with character development and leadership training—prepare graduates for life beyond high school. With consecutive years of 100% graduation and 100% college acceptance, The A&T Four Middle College is where excellence lives.
